Sassuolo’s Giacomo Raspadori remains a serious target for Inter, but he will only arrive if Lautaro Martinez departs.

This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, who report that the young Italian attacker would be seen as a replacement for Martinez but would not join the squad alongside the Argentine.

Raspadori has been widely reported to be a Nerazzurri target for much of the transfer window so far, with the Nerazzurri thought to have been considering 21-year-old as one of the priority options to replace Martinez in the event that the Argentine is sold.

However, links have also been made to the player even if Martinez remains at the club, with talks thought to be ongoing with Sassuolo.

However, the Neroverdi have made it clear that they do not consider the young striker to be for sale, and it is unlikely that the Nerazzurri will change their mind unless the situation with Martinez is to change.
