Inter defender Andrea Ranoacchia enjoyed being able to see midfielder Christian Eriksen yesterday, visiting with his teammate and friend who arrived at the club’s training centre to visit the squad for the first time since the cardiac arrest he suffered during Denmark’s EURO 2020 opener against Finland.
In a post on his Instagram account, captioned “Glad to see you again, PHOENIX,” referencing the Dane’s having come back from a health emergency, Ranocchia can be seen having a conversation with the 29-year-old, and posing along with the rest of the squad.
