An Italian football journalist has predicted that Inter will record their third win in a row of the new Serie A campaign on Sunday against Sampdoria, according to a report in the Italian media.

Whilst writing his predictions for the third weekend of the season in Corriere della Sera, Mario Sconcerti explained that he thinks inter will prevail with a 2-0 victory from the Marassi.

There are a lot of questions still to be answered about how Inter will line up for the match because of the complications that have been caused by the international duties many players have been undertaking.

Mari Sconcerti touches on this by discussing who will start on the flanks for Inter. There could be a battle between Ivan Perisic and Federico Dimarco for the left hand side.

“The best are Denzel Dumfries and Ivan Perisic, today they are in a battle with Matteo Darmian and Federico Dimarco, the latter still to be seen at Inter.

“It is Inter’s second consecutive away match, winning would be a great achievement. I believe they will make it.”

The other flank will also see a battle take place between Denzel Dumfries and ex-Manchester United player Matteo Darmian.
