Inter have been following him for some time and there’s much to suggest that he is high on the wish list of Mazzarri. Sime Vrsaljko himself seems focused on Genoa, at least that is what he said in an interview with Il Secolo XIX where he talked about the new coach Gian Piero Gasperini: “I have heard very good things about the new coach, in the past, he has had some great results with Genoa. Now we’ve gone from playing 3-5-2 to 3-4-3, but for me it’s very little that has changed. Now I hope to learn as much from him as I did from Fabio Liverani.”
