Inter used Social Media to celebrate the career of former defender Marco Materazzi, as they released a video on Instagram of his best moments in a Nerazzurri shirt.

The video included clips of the Inter icon scoring crucial goals, alongside the caption: “Legend”

Materazzi became a fan favourite at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza after joining from Perugia in 2001, as he went on to win five Serie A titles, the Coppa Italia four times, and the Champions League before departing in 2011.
