Inter have learned their opponents for the Champions League round of sixteen, and will face Dutch champions Ajax.
The Nerazzurri learned their opponents for the first stage of the knockout rounds in the official UEFA round of sixteen draw in Nyon broadcast moments ago on their official site.
Inter qualified for the Champions League knockout rounds for the first time in a decade, and did so second in their group behind Real Madrid so they knew they would face a team who topped their group.
Ajax qualified top of their group meanwhile and look to be highly formidable opposition, having won all six of their group stage clashes.
The Nerazzurri have avoided the likes of Bayern Munich, Liverpool, and Manchester City with the draw, but they will have no illusions that the Dutch champions are a straightforward opponent.
The first leg of the round of sixteen will take place in mid-February, while the second leg will take place in mid-Match.
