Napoli are keen on signing Inter target Gianluca Scamacca but he is more interested in a move to the Nerazzurri, according to a report in the Italian media.

As has been reported by Calciomercato.com, the former AS Roma striker has become very popular in Napoli and the Azzurri are keen on making him part of their squad for next season.

Inter sporting director Piero Ausilio has been in contact with the agent of both Sassuolo’s Gianluca Scamacca and Eintracht Frankfurt’s Filip Kostic to lay the foundations for any potential moves.

It is believed that the Italian striker has got Inter at the top of his list when it comes to the many teams that would like to sign him.

Sassuolo currently want a deal of €40-45 million but that is much too high for Inter to pay at the moment. They may choose to use other players in the deal to make it happen.
