AS Roma are now the team who are in pole position to sign Paulo Dybala because Inter need to offload two players first, according to a report in the Italian media today.

As has been reported by La Repubblica, the Giallorossi now appear to be the team who have the clearest path towards Paulo Dybala but it is far from being a done deal.

Even though he has seemed destined to move to Inter for quite some time, Paulo Dybala is still waiting for the Nerazzurri to make space for him in the squad and the wage budget.

They need to offload Alexis Sanchez by either selling him or terminating his contract and they will also need to sell Edin Dzeko so that there are not too many forwards in the squad.

Roma are in a slightly similar situation in that Nicolo Zaniolo would have to be sold but that is closer to happening than Inter’s sales.
