Inter striker Andrea Pinamonti will be sold to Atalanta in the event that Luis Muriel or Duvan Zapata depart this summer, whilst Monza are still targeting him.
This according to Italian broadcaster SportItalia, who report that La Dea need to get an attacking sale out of the way to wrap up a deal for Pinamonti, whilst Monza have not given up on him despite targeting Napoli striker Andrea Petagna in attack.
There have been no shortage of clubs both in Italy and abroad to come forward with interest in Pinamonti following his season on loan with Empoli, and La Dea would be very keen.
A striker between Muriel and Zapata will have to be sold in order for the Lombards to afford Pinamontim, but with Roma moving for Muriel they could soon be in a position to swoop for him.
Meanwhile, Monza’s priority in attack has been getting a deal wrapped up for Petagna in recent days, but they continue to think of Pinamonti as a player on their radar even if the Napoli striker is signed.
