Inter could still get a deal done for Bremer despite the pressing of Juventus for the Brazilian, but only in the event that President Steven Zhang authorizes them to go higher with their offer.

This according to Sky Sport Italia transfer market expert Gianluca Di Marzio, who reported live on air that the Nerazzurri could still make a bid in the region of what the Bianconeri are ready to put forward, but only with a green light from Zhang.

Inter now find themselves going head-to-head with Juventus for the signature of Bremer, with the Bianconeri having identified the 25-year-old as their preferred replacement for Bayern Munich-bound Matthijs de Ligt and ready to move if the Nerazzurri don’t snap him up.

The Bianconeri are optimistic that they can sign the Brazilian soon, but Inter’s chance is not yet gone as the player would still be ready to make the move if they can reach an agreement with Torino.

However, the Nerazzurri now have the serious interest of Juventus to contend with, and they must respond in their negotiations with Torino.

One major factor which could be problem for them is the continued failure to agree a deal with Paris Saint-Germain for the sale of Milan Skriniar, which could potentially give Inter the security to improve their offer to Torino.

In any event, it will be up to Zhang to decide whether to go ahead and respond to The Bianconeri’s offer or to stand firm on their initial offer for the Granata.
