Inter striker Romelu Lukaku has been paying very close attention to his weight during pre-season and there is a goal to reach, according to a report in the Italian media today.
As has been reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport today, the Belgian forward is undergoing some very serious and specific preparation to make sure that he is in the best possible physical condition for the first game against Lecce in August.
The former Manchester United forward has the type of body shape that means it can be very easy to put on too much muscle and lose that all-important yard of pace.
He is aiming to be at 101kg when the season begins. He has got both a nutritionist and a therapist that are working extremely closely with him to make sure he does the right exercise and is also eating exactly the right food so that he can impress the Inter fans all over again.
