Inter striker Andrea Pinamonti has turned down a move to Salernitana for the time being.

This according to Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia, who report that the 23-year-old has tentatively said no to the Campanian club’s offer although he is not yet settled in his decision.

A couple of days ago Salernitana made Inter an offer of €20 million for Pinamonti which included a buyback option for the Nerazzurri, and this was enough for the two clubs to reach an agreement quickly.

From the player’s perspective, however, the Campanins have not broken through as he is not yet convinced by their sporting project and will need more time to think.

For now, Pinamonti has rejected Salernitana and is still hoping fro a move to another club.

Now it will remain to be seen what other clubs interested in the striker do, as there has been no shortage of interest in his signature but so far Salernitana have been the only team to have made an offer which satisfies Inter’s demands.
