Lautaro Martinez was ranked amongst Inter’s best performers against Barcelona on Wednesday night after he scored the second goal, according to a report in the Italian print media today.

As has been reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport in their player ratings from the clash at Camp Nou, the Argentine striker was amongst the best performers on what was largely a successful night for the Nerazzurri.

He got the second goal for Inter which made it 2-1 and left Barcelona staring down the barrel of elimination from the tournament. He was given a rating of 8/10 for his hard work.

Both Simone Inzaghi and Nicolo Barella were also given a rating of 8/10 for their performances.

Stefan de Vrij and Kristjan Asllani were only given ratings of 5/10 though as they failed to impress, whilst Denzel Dumfries only did mildly better with a rating of 5.5 out of 10.

The 3-3 draw means Inter are a win away from the Round of 16.
