Inter are not likely to sign Valencia midfielder Yunus Musah during the January transfer window despite some links to the American.

This according to Italian broadcaster SportMediaset, via FCInter1908, who report that Valencia would not be keen on selling the 20-year-old, whilst it would be difficult for the Nerazzurri to meet the asking price for him in January.

Inter look to be serious about trying to sign Musah, and the January window would be their first opportunity to make a move for him.

However, according to Mediaset’s report, the thinking is not oriented towards a move as early as January, particularly given that the valuation of the US international would be no less than €20 million.

Moreover, Valencia would not want to deprive themselves of the midfielder in the middle of the season, and as such would be very unlikely to offer any discount on their asking price.

Accordingly, Mediaset report, it is not likely that Inter would move for Musah until at least next summer’s transfer window.
