Strikers Romelu Lukaku and Edin Dzeko are expected to start in attack for Inter in this evening’s friendly match against Sassuolo.

This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, via FCInterNews, which also sees Denzel Dumfries start on the right.

Inter are set to play their final friendly match of the World Cup break today against Sassuolo.

The Nerazzurri will be looking to use this match against the Neroverdi as one final opportunity to get back to match-sharpness ahead of their return to Serie A action next week.

In attack, coach Simone Inzaghi is set to start Lukaku and Dzeko, whilst Lautaro Martinez is out of the squad considering he has only just made his return to Milan.

The Gazzetta’s complete predicted starting eleven for this evening’s match against the Neroverdi is as follows:

Inter (3-5-2): Onana; Skriniar, Acerbi, Bastoni; Dumfries, Barella, Calhanoglu, Mkhitaryan, Dimarco; Dzeko, Lukaku.
