Italian agent Gabriele Bozzo feels that Inter had few doubts about the decision to sign young Swedish defender Alem Nezirevic, and believe that he is a major prospect for the future.
Speaking to Italian news outlet TuttoMercatoWeb, the agent explained that the Nerazzurri did not need to see much before immediately taking the opportunity to sign the 18-year-old.
Nezirevic had been on trial at Inter for a few weeks from the end of November onwards, and agent Bozzo has revealed that this period came after the young Swede was proposed as an option.
The Nerazzurri were naturally not immediately convinced to take the plunge and sign the 18-year-old before seeing what he could do.
However, it only took a trial period for the club to start to look at Nezirevic who could add a lot of quality to their youth academy.
The Swede is now starting for the Nerazzurri’s Primavera team, and according to Bozzo, he is also seen by the club as a player who has a big future ahead of him.
Bozzo explained that “We proposed him to Inter and the Nerazzurri directors immediately liked him and, upon seeing him in training, decided to immediately sign him in the January transfer window.”
“He has excellent physical and technical qualities, a great engine and very good with the ball at his feet,” he explained of Nezirevic.
Of the Swede, the agent said that “He’s a very promising profile for the future.”
