More than 70,000 spectators are set to be in attendance at the San Siro for Sunday evening’s Serie A match between Inter and Lecce.
This according to Italian news outlet Gazzetta.it, who report that over 70,000 tickets have already been sold for this weekend’s match, as anticipation builds and the match gets close to being a full house.
Inter will be hoping to immediately get back to winning ways and bounce back from the disappointment of losing their seventh league match of the season against Bologna last weekend.
There should be no lack support from the stands, as the Nerazzurri are set to play in front of a nearly packed house.
The amount of tickets sold for Sunday’s match is already approaching the full capacity of around 75,000 for the San Siro.
Meanwhile, the away section should also be sold out for Sunday’s match, as a ban on travelling Lecce supporters has been lifted and over four thousand fans of the Puglian club are expected to be in attendance.
