Radio Radio director Ilario di Giovambattista revealed the latest news regarding Hernanes live on air a short moment ago.
“Tomorrow, in Varese, Hernanes who is on his way there now, will undergo the medical examinations. The deal will be concluded where Lazio gets 16 million Euro’s plus bonuses.”
A few minutes later Gianluca Di Marzio confirms the above statement live during the show ‘Speciale Calciomercato’ on Sky Sport adding that “the only thing missing is Lotito’s approval” as well as stating that Inter have made a reservation for a medical examination to be held in Pavia.

swap between guarin and chicarito is a great idea… With Chicarito, we will have lethal attack in the penalty box… kovacic and hernanes can play together I believe.
guarin for chicharito would be a killer-deal
If we sign Hernanes, I would be more open for a Guarin switch for Vucinic. Because at this moment Guarin isn’t really going to help Inter if he’s not motivated. Vucinic is a good player.
The risk factor here is that Vucinic is injury prone, and we already have that problem with Icardi and Milito. We don’t want to waste the chance to get cash for Guarin (cash that we will be needing if we do spend 16 mil on Hernanes) only to get a player that ultimately won’t do the trick.
Also, remember that giving Guarin to Juventus does them A LOT of good, they could really use him right now (he is eligible for the EL and also will provide them with necessary cover for Serie A games until the end of the season) and for the future.
I think the best thing would be both to keep Guarin and get Hernanes and play them together if it is at all possible. The two of them would make a good midfield partnered with Cambiasso for now (both are physically very strong and good at long shots) and Ricky could get back to his role as trequartista, where he ultimately did his best work this season. When Mazzarri wants to play with 2 strikers, Guarin and Hernanes could be rotated (or even Alvarez could rested from time to time), which will show Guarin that his spot is not absolute, it might spur him into trying harder and being more disciplined.
Two problems arise there: the first is the fact that Inter probably can’t afford keeping Guarin if they get Hernanes. The second one is the fact that the squad is slowly getting too big in certain areas – this means even less playing time for Kovacic, especially in a deep role.
Well said. I agree.
After that, we switch Guarin for Chicharito. ManU is still desperate for an additional center mid and Hernandez has said he wants to leave.
and after that, guarin will sign for juve.
1 hour later, I was right:
BREAKING – Sky: Guarin-Vucinic swap back on?
well i guess ziga was right… but no proof in this and its a stupid idea for vucinic cause hes getting old and it breaks there average age goal.
who cares about the arerage age? we need players that fit in the team
