As opposed to Andrea Ranocchia, Colombian international Fredy Guarin is set to extend his contract with Inter despite the controvercy of the past week, according to Tuttosport.
Mazzarri has reportedly not selected Guarin for the squad which will face Juventus but “has in agreement with the club decided not to select him in order to remove some of the pressure which has accumulated around him these past few days. The Colombian, who will be back for the upcoming home fixture against Sassuolo, will sign a contract which will expire in June 2017 where he will get a substantial payrise. Inter know that Guarin is worth more than the 2,2 million Euro’s he’s currently earning and are also aware that Guarin had struck a deal with Juventus of a contract worth 3,2 million Euro’s per season, which means that a compromise is likely with the insertion of different performance-based bonuses.”

Not bad, but what about Banega?!
He is good as impact sub. On November 03, 2012 when Inter ended 49 games unbeaten run of Juventus it was due to great performance from Guarin as 2nd half sub. His sheer power makes him beast in the last quarter of the game.!
It seems Branca hasn’t left the head quarters yet.
Oh no… Don’t you ever give this guy a raise!!
dont do it!!! sell him in the summer. we could reinvest the money to buy other players.
