Juventus wingback Andrea Cambiaso must beat the clock to help his side in Sunday’s mouth-watering clash against Inter Milan.
According to Tuttosport via FCInterNews, the Italian international has resumed training after sustaining an ankle injury.
Thiago Motta couldn’t count on the star defender in a dramatic 2-1 win at newcomers Como last Friday.
However, there’s hope Cambiaso could at least be on the bench against Inter.
Indeed, the 24-year-old is inching closer to full recovery.
Andrea Cambiaso Faces Race Against Time to Be There for Juventus vs Inter Milan
Recently linked with a switch to Manchester City, Cambiaso has been integral to Motta’s set-up in Turin.
Therefore, his potential absence should be a massive boost for Simone Inzaghi and Inter.

With Cambiaso potentially ruled out, Motta would likely need to rely on youngster Nicolo Savona.
It could be a weakness Inter should be able to capitalize on, especially with Federico Dimarco and Denzel Dumfries back in the squad.
Indeed, both players were on the sidelines when the Nerazzurri beat Fiorentina 2-1 on Monday.
However, Inzaghi can call upon them again.
