Inter Milan are not making moves for any attacking targets other than Ademola Lookman to keep the player happy.
This according to Corriere dello Sport editor Ivan Zazzaroni. He explains the Nerazzurri’s approach in an editorial in today’s print edition, via FCInterNews.
Inter Milan have already spent several weeks chasing after Atalanta forward Ademola Lookman.
The Nerazzurri had hoped to wrap up a deal for the Nigerian international by the end of July. Clearly, that has not happened.
Inter have faced stumbling block after stumbling block in their efforts to sign Lookman.
Chief among them is the fact that Atalanta have never given Inter a price tag. They have rejected two offers, but not given the Nerazzurri a counteroffer to base a decisive bid around.
However, in the meantime Inter have never made any serious efforts to pursue a Plan B.
Zazzaroni: “Inter Not Going After Other Targets To Keep Lookman Happy”

Corriere dello Sport editor Ivan Zazzaroni explains that “even though Atalanta want to fine Lookman, they don’t know how to communicate it.”
The reason being that Lookman “has been unreachable for days.”
“Ademola is insisting on his word, and the promise the club made to him. Percassi is insisting that the decision is that of the club.”
“Meanwhile, Inter are not yet going after any other targets,” Zazzaroni notes.
“So that they don’t irritate Lookman himself.”
The Corriere dello Sport editor notes that Lookman is “going out on a pretty big limb” for Inter.
Elsewhere in the world of Inter, Zazzaroni notes that “Sucic and Henrique have the task of reminding the fans of what they can bring to the team.”
“And Calha has made peace with Lautaro. Maybe even also with himself.”
Wow this is so dump
