AC Milan and Inter have drafted a feasibility study of alternative project options that contradict the San Siro costs set by the city council.
According to La Presse via FCInterNews, the new estimation could disrupt the harmony between the clubs and the City of Milan.
Per the city’s claim, renovating San Siro and the surrounding areas would cost up to €510 million.
Meanwhile, the same analysis suggests that building a new stadium would set the clubs back €650 million.
However, the latest study contrasts these figures.

The new study shows that a full renovation of the San Siro would cost just €428.4 million.
Indeed, €371.7 million of that amount would go for the stadium itself and €56.7 million for external areas and infrastructure.
On the other hand, constructing a new stadium and repurposing part of the existing facility would reach €810.7 million.
Then, the total cost could rise to over €1.2 billion when factoring in the entire multi-use complex.
Therefore, the revised figures could spark renewed tensions between the clubs and the City of Milan.

Fucking hell, at least sell the club to someone who wants to invest in club, not just dillydallying. This way in a couple of years we won’t even be able to beat bottom table teams from England. Each and every one of the club can outspent us, hell even some clubs from Championship can do that as well.
