Gazzetta dello Sport this morning looks at the names who could potentially fill the boots of departing midfielder Esteban Cambiasso. Granit Xhaka the Swiss international from Borussia M’Gladbach is the Nerazzurri’s primary target. Recently there has been problems between himself and the coach which could leave the door open to a potential move. The price is €10 million and the playmakers talent is not in question. There is even talk that the German side have lined up Napoli’s Blerim Dzemaili as his replacement.

There is no doubting Xhaka’s quality though. He’d be better than Nilton, Leiva, Obi Mikel and the other prime candidates we’ve had considered for Inter.
