Yeh, he wasn’t consistently in Simeone’s starting xi at Atletico and I have doubts over him. Think Inter like the fact he fits Cuchu’s old position, is an ok age and is eu citizen. Me, i think they’re poor reasons to go for him.
We have limited non-eu spots. That doesn’t mean we shouldn’t use them-it means we should pick players very carefully to occupy them. If WM wants Gustavo then Thohir should get him before the world cup (his value is going to increase as i guarantee he’ll start every brazil game and be an important player). Fuck that he’s non-EU. He’s great in his position, he’s 26 and WM loves him.
