Inter Milan have agreed a permanent sale of Nigerian midfielder Akinsanmiro to Monza for €7.5 million plus a 10% future resale percentage, with the two clubs reaching full agreement as reported on 29 July 2026.
Gianluca Di Marzio confirmed on X that the deal was done, stating the transfer is structured around 7.5 million euros plus a 10% future resale percentage. Sportmediaset also reported that Inter and Monza had reached intesa totale on a definitive transfer on the same basis, publishing the news on 29 July 2026.
For Akinsanmiro, the move represents another important opportunity in Serie A, following his previous spell with Pisa.

The deal is structured around a fixed fee of €7.5 million alongside a 10% percentage on any future resale of the player. Inter secure a definitive transfer fee, while the agreement also includes a resale percentage clause tied to any future sale by Monza.
