Inter are currently having issues in attack and the name Fabio Borini is continuing to be linked with a winter move to the Nerazzurri. According to reports from “TuttoMercatoWeb” Icardi cannot create all the goals on his own and Palacio has entered a dark period, which has caused Inter to think about looking for another striker in January. Fabio Borini has been used sparingly at Liverpool and is looking likely to move away from Anfield in January.

every inter fan should be honored that the team is looking at Borini instead of John Carew !! let me put it out there….the last time inter had a full-blooded italian striker his name was Pazzini …………………. how well did he end up playing for this team ??
Inter Should play with a 4-3-3 formation:
d’ambrosio (jonathan) – ranochia (medel) – vidic – jj (dodo)
hernanes (guarin) – medel (m’villa) – kovacic
osvaldo (konoplyanka) – icardi (bonazzoli) – palacio (dodo)
the last time inter got a full-blooded italian striker his name was pazzini……how do you think that ended for inter? the answer: on AC Milan’s bench !
We have Puscas and Bonazzolli, we need a solid CB, Vidic has been poor, and wing players, Dodo is alright, but Jonathon is shocking, Obi is a cm, poor on the wing.
Guys, that’s enough with Vidic. He has been one of the best CBs in the world for a decade playing 4 at the back. And after only a summer he became crap??? Be sure that if our defence plays with four backs Vidic will be one of the 2 best defenders in Serie A.
Palermo, he stuffed up, Parma’s first goal his stuff up, Napoli he stuffed up, red carded.. He wasn’t good last season at Man u, why do you think they let him go? There is no doubt he is good enough for Inter and the serie a, but theres no doubt that he has been in average form this year. Maybe in a 4 man defence he would improve, but we still need a CB. Our best CB is Juan, top player, wouldn’t recommend he plays LB. We should sign Schar, young, and can get him on the free this summer
I agree about Schar. But i believe Vidic has much more to give playing at a 4 man defence. We have to see it and then judge. I’d put JJ on the left because there is no other except Dodo who should play there when the team is back at score and offensive play is needed…
i agree with you Antoine. You sound like a very enthused young man. Antoine for president. erororororor sempreinter errororororo toto.
Maybe to change formation and you will see Vidic. Its easier to player with 4 at back, than to buy new players
How could be this man is seen better than both Puscas and Bonazzolli? Let alone Icardi and Palacio.. Oh please, Piero! Don’t do the Branca!!!
Cassano,Alvarez etc etc! Those were good players Mazzari some of them got thrown away from Inter other got destryed by WM and then left!Hope WM leaves!I am sick of his 3-5-2!3-5-2 WAS a good formation under STRAMA!Strama was a good coach!WM is shit!Hope strama comes back inthe near future!
3-5-2 needs class wingers. And Mazzari is a coach that can get an outsider team and play well based on counter attacks. But he doesn’t fit for the size of Inter. Alvarez was quite soft and with no consistency. I believe Mazzari didn’t want Cassano because he doesn’t mark enough when the ball is lost.
We can’t get anyone better than him right now, so I hope we can secure a loan for January. He’ll come in handy, and probably won’t mind not being a starter.
As for Palacio, chill out, he’ll come around.
How you can be so sure? I don’t understand we can’t get something better and will take whatever it is. Loan with no obligation to buy is none risk option, but I prefer to fight for someone like Konoplyanka who’s contact expire next summer and who can contribute something serious for the team instead unproven, overrated, bench warmer like Borini.
I think we can’t get anyone better because all everyone talks about in the media is Borini. I don’t suppose Ausilio would choose to go after Borini if a player like Konoplyanka and Firmino were truly available to us.
I suppose they will give it a try anyway, but my point is that if it doesn’t work for a better player – it’s better to have Borini than have no one at all, as overrated as he might be.
My understanding is if you can’t get quality, better don’t do anything. Borini have to be fourth choice if Icardi, Osvaldo and Palacio are fit and in shape. That means he’s not so crucial and not worth the effort, Puscas and Bonazzoli can get his part. I believe that we have a good basis Handa, JJ, Medel, Kova, Hernanes, Icardi and have only to add 2-3 quality players every season to build competitive squad.
I respect your opinion, but I can’t disagree to a loan for Borini, he’ll make for a decent option if we ever get Osvaldo/Palacio injured again (and it’s a long way to go with – hopefully – a game every 3 days). Bonazzoli and Puscas are strikers, Palacio/Osvaldo/Borini all play as forwards also. The youngsters are basically an emergency cover for Icardi rather than for Palacio/Osvaldo.
Using injuries and the lack of a striker is the story all over again! It seems like Mazza is using the same excuses as Stramma did 2 years ago – BUT he was doing and playing better eventhough he was WAY younger and more inexperienced!
Honestly we knew at the end of the summer transfer window that the critical positions we needed to fill were strikers. We got osvaldo who is great but got injured and now we only have Icardi and Palacio. Palacio has the right intentions but is just as cold as ice. Our biggest problems right now are in front of goal, players who cannot finish plays and not enough quality from the final ball. Just plain terrible crosses from dodo and Obi/Mbaye. Injuries to Nagatomo jonathan and D’Ambrosio certainly aren’t helping even tho they are not necessarily he answer to the problem. Without a doubt we need an attacker this January. I don’t know if borini is the right guy but we need someone BAD.
Whatever
