TuttoSport this morning speculate that an agreement has been found in principal for the transfer of wing-back Ibrahima Mbaye to Torino. The player will arrive in Turin on a similar deal to that which took former Inter Primavera midfielder Marco Benassi to the Granata in June. Torino have been searching for a reinforcement on the left and despite Mbaye preferring the right sided position they are sure he could do well. Matteo Darmian has been a long term target for the Nerazzurri but it seems impossible to do a ‘D’Ambrosio’ type deal. The transfer will be costly and President Cairo is likely to oppose any sale despite good relations between the clubs.

Darmian is no better compared to Mbaye. Why bother?
I’ve seen nothing wrong with his performances so he need to be sold… And i bevieve most of us disagree with this rumor…
he needs playing time so a deal until next summer would be fine I gues! Still I would him to stay, change coach and system and let him play as a right back (back up to D’Ambrosio), but with Mazza this is not going to happen!
