Corriere dello Sport weighs in with an update on the impending transfer of Xherdan Shaqiri to Inter. The Rome based newspaper state that despite the advanced stage of negotiations Inter won’t take anything for granted. However, it’s hard to imagine the club getting this far and Erick Thohir now wanting to satisfy the demands of coach Mancini. There is still a gap between supply and demand but the player seems to have chosen Inter and may have communicated that to Bayern. Today could be the day for Shaqiri to Inter.
