But when you ask me, i think that at first Mancini have to understand, that we’re not Manchester City, we don’t have oli wells and can’t keeping 35 players squad. We must to get rid of those who’s useless first and it’s not the best idea to buy many new players through the winter transfer window. And will be great if he’s starting to explore much better qualities of the players at his disposal, no only asking for more.

I think in all fairness that Mancini has given chances to most of the players (he has been critized by many for using Kuz, Dodo, Rano…) He has done magic with Guarin, who is finally finding a place in the team. Everybody agreed that most of the players we had were useless and needed to be replaced. Mancini is a smart guy. I think that whatever happens in this winter window, was already discussed and agreed before he signed with Inter. ET is giving him 100% support because he believes in Mancio.
E.T. never liked WM who was never his coach, but that is another story.
About the sales, I agree we need to sale players, but that is not Mancini’s job. Ausilio has been working is butt getting the players that Mancini wants, so probably he hasn’t had the time to work on the sales. And if you ask me, the priority is getting good players, and then getting rid of the bad ones. Hopefully at the end of the season, that way the coach has time to evaluate them.

I like a challenge but I will explain. It all has to do with revenues…..the more you make, the more you can spend on players and the more you can spend on player salaries ! Real Madrid generates 550 million a year, Man U generates 520 million a year and Bayern generates 480 million. The highest revenue generating team in Italy is Juventus at almost 280 million euros. Clearly the math makes sense, half the money half the success. In Italy it’s pretty clear cut because Juventus has the best team, great players deserve to be paid well and Juventus has be highest salary but we are also in first in Serie A. Roma has the second highest Salaries in Serie A and they are second…..but then comes AC Milan and inter and they completely screw up the numbers. Like for example, How does inter with a 70 million salary + 7 mill a year in coaches lose the lowest paid team in Italy AKA Cagliari with an annual salary of 10 million per year 4-1 ???? Basically Guarin+Vidic+Ranocchia+Palacio make more than the entire Cagliari team …………..LOL !!
