Inter captain Andrea Ranocchia has been talking to Sky Sports 24 about Thursday’s nights Europa League last 16 2nd leg match against Wolfsburg.
“It’s a win or bust match. There’s every chance that they’ll have relaxed after the first-leg result and I’m sure our fans will give us great support.”
“We need to be solid right from the off without giving anything away or taking any unnecessary risks. There’s no need for us to rush because we have 90 minutes still to play. There are many factors at play when you concede and every goal has its own explanation.”
“We risk conceding too often and that’s something we absolutely cannot do against Wolfsburg. We compete for a place in the quarter finals tomorrow night and there’s everything to play for, for us and for them.”
The defender closed with a message for the Inter fans.
“I hope they come to the stadium in their droves. We need their support from the first minute to the last.”

Anyway even if Inter does win 2-0 it would worry me that it takes this much hype to give 100 % on the field.
If we can score an early goal within the first 20 minutes, we can definitely score another and win by 2-0 to qualify to the next round. Rano, you are the captain. You must show your leadership, strength and goal scoring capability as it is needed desperately. Look at other center backs such as Bonucci, Thiago Silva, Terry, Smalling, Skrtel, David Luiz who score goals! Good luck and win for everything!

No need to rush? …I hope I’m not going to see that possession football that goes nowhere or at least the final ball is just horrible.. I much rather we barely have the ball and score when we do have it.Possession football is frustrating especially when the decisive ball is poor.We must score early…put the pressure back on Wolfsburg,we are home as soon as we score they will feel it,problem is when we have the lead can we keep it? But that’s another story by itself.
