Now that Xherdan Shaqiri has officially been ruled out of the Europa League second leg match between Inter and Wolfsburg, many have begun to speculate on the changes Mancini will make to the lineup. According to reports from SportMediaset.it the role of trequartista will be given to Kovacic, who will play behind Palacio and Icardi. Moreover, in the midfield there will be a decision made between the use of Kuzmanovic or Hernanes.
Here is the probable lineup: Carrizo; D’Ambrosio, Ranocchia, Juan Jesus, Santon; Guarin, Medel, Kuzmanovic; Kovacic; Icardi, Palacio.

This game is too important for Inter direction/plan/future next season, its madness to continue to allow the 2nd goalkeeper who are at fault for all 3 goals conceded in the first leg to feature in this match, just before he was promised to feature in EL matches.
Did carrizo promised / pledged not let in ‘stupid’ / avoidable goals as collateral / barter for the above promise (so he could get some playing time)?
It was other players ‘fault’ in conceding the free kick and the corner, but both goal attempts due to these faults should have been saved by any able goalkeeper. I was like WTF??.. when watching both of these goals being scored.
And the goal due to his weak pass is his own fault.
A sane coach wouldn’t play carrizo (in this match).
I bet Thohir also want Handanovic to play this match.
a clever coach wouldn’t play Carrizo again.
Hernanes must play if we want to get anything from this match.
FOR THE LOVE OF GOD PLAY HERNANES
No kuzma ffs
I say kova in kuz position and hernanes behind the strikers… and carrizo kidnapped
if we can’t win to the next round, I hope at least we play for pride.
don’t play too cautious, press them high and keep fighting until the final whistle.
Inter must have a solid defense for not conceding any goal and must have a great ball possession and great attack to score at least 2 goals. In order to do these, we have to have following XI:
—————————-HANDANOVIC———————
D’AMBROSIO – RANOCCHIA – ANDREOLLI – SANTON
——————————–MEDEL————————–
GUARIN ——————————————-HERNANES
——————————KOVACIC————————-
————–ICARDI———————–PUSCAS
4-1-3-2 is the best formation for RM to go all out vs Wolfsburg. No disrespect towards Wolfsburg solid performance but they apparently also fragile at the back if continually being pressed. Then again, Guarin and Hernanes cannot be too wide as this leave Medel alone in the park. To counter this, both Icardi and Palacio/Puscas needs to help the midfielders but also give Kovacic more space to go forward and act as false no#9. Like Spain did in Euro2012 with Fabregas as their false no#9.
finallykovacic is playing and if they sell him is going to be a big loss like always they do mistake whith lot of players
Why am I seeing Carrizo? ._.
Why am I seeing Kuzmanovic and JJ ._.
Idk about kuz but Ik JJ is apparently the best CB we have to partner rano Vidic=expired milk Andreolli however didn’t look half bad against Cesena, made some clumsy tackles but then again isn’t that what we get from rano anyways? But Mancini is not the type of coach to make that sort of change between legs anyways.Sometimes i think he has too much faith in some of the players.Too much of anything is a bad thing I just want us to win 2-0 i really couldn’t care less of the players who start once we overcome Wolfsburg i would be happy and am sure alot of the Interista would agree.
