After all the trophies, won with Inter avoiding relegation with Leicester would be like winning another title for Esteban Cambiasso. The midfielder spoke about his first eight months in the Premier League:
“For me it is like winning another title. When you start a new season you give yourself a goal and this is our goal. For me winning a cup or a title with another club is like staying up in the Premier League with Leicester. I knew when I signed that it would not be easy. We are in a difficult situation, but we can win the coming games. There is still a quarter of the league to play. Many think that it is all done for Leicester, but I watch my teammates and I know that we can still do it.”
When asked about why he joined Pearson’s team Cuchu says: “Leicester always wanted me. After these eight or nine months, I am happy because my family is well and so am I. I want more points but everything else is perfect.”
