After tonight’s 2-1 victory over Roma, Assane Gnoukouri has spoken to Inter Channel after another solid performance in Inter’s midfield by the 18 year old. Here is what he had to say:

“Playing at the San Siro is always a show, it was the same tonight as in the derby.”

he’s barely legal and played two good matches.
I wont put too much expectation on him, yet.
I’ve seen many talented players, too many I think, that did well early in his career and suddenly ‘gone’ after just few years.

The way he cuts the ball from defense and distributes the ball amazes me.. He had a few mistakes here and there.. But this kid should be an inspiration for other players whether primavera or older.. Have a never give up attitude and respect the shirt your wearing.. Gnoukouri must stay at inter.
He has good mental strength, like composure and calmness. Better than Rano in that aspect.
