During Roberto Mancini’s meeting with Erick Thohir, the two discussed Iago Falque. The Spaniard winger has been in fantastic form this season for Genoa, and the Grifone’s sporting director Ds Stefano Capozucca has priced Falque at 10 million euros according to Tuttosport. Mancini and Thohir also discussed the formation for next season. If the Inter hierarchy decide that the 4-2-3-1 is the way to move forward, then they will focus on signing wingers during the mercato season and Falque could arrive.

Biabiany is one of the wingers/forwards coming in, for FREE! Brace yourselves….
Biabiany is coming, Inter owns Schelotto… you already own Belfodil……all inter needs now is either Cassano and/or Amauri and you have the 2013-2014 Parma attack !!
Tripletta for juBentus: Coppa Italia, Serie B & Serie A :))
Now with AC Milan having acquired Jackson Martinez how will Inter finish in 8th place again this season ?
Sansone is better than him. And probably cheaper too.
just go after son!!!! he has brain!!! no more useless expensive players like taider, belfodil, schelotto and so on…..take son now!!!!
Falque -icardi – shaqiri trio… I can live with that. Hopefully our other transfers will focus on defence and mid
Falque and vazquez are cheap and interesting options
Looks like we must get ready for another flop.
why you say so ?
Cause he has nothing special.
13 goal a season is special . it’s actually more than what pedro, palacio, firmino, jovetic, lamela have scored this season …. that must be special lol
Hope so bro.
i don’t know man , Asian players never succeeded in serie a let alone inter . i’m looking at their track record and i think we should avoid buying any
how about Franco Vazquez from Palermo, he’s been doing pretty good this season.
Zamparini is not going to sell two of his “pearls” in one transfer window, and Eder does not have the consistency we’re looking for. I still think we should all go for berardi
Now Iago Falque saga???
We have great experience with players from Genoa
It is definetely worth a try for 10M. I know people want to see Puscas. But, right now, Inter is not a good place for a young player to develop. He needs to play in a smaller team to develop properly without the killing pressure that the inter players have on their shoulders right now. A loan season would be good for him.
what? i completely disagree with you. in no good place?? Inter is no longer the top club for the past 4-5 years now. that’s the fact. and in the matter of fact, next season it’s trying accomplishing top 3 finish is Inter only target, apart of going further in Coppa. so when will Inter be a good place?
Puscas needs to be given chance now. same goes to the rest of the former primavera players in the senior squad. Yes, Falque did well brilliantly for Genoa, and guest what, he played for a mid-table team and he exceed. but at a cost of 10M yes it is a gamble. but can you imagine if Puscas is in Falque place now, and you say the same thing; “its is definitely worth a try..”.
Inter can go for him i don’t care, but Inter also has to give chances for the youth to play and develops. I don’t buy the Inter is no place for young players to shine BS. it’s just a matter of club policies and mentality where in order to achieved FAST accomplishment be it qualify for Europe or winning the CL A.S.A.P, that buying is greater agenda than producing homegrown players that can be the foundation and stars for the Club. will Inter take another 45 years wait for another cup?
i think ur missing the point . puscas is a striker and falque is a winger , falque is a replacement to palacio . puscas is a goalscorer like (icardi) . he’s not good outside of the box and wont create nearly as much chances as someone like falque , palacio, jovetic, firmino, fekir. where would he play ? inter are looking to replace palacio not icardi lol
am i missing the point? no. where actually is winger in 4-2-3-1? the 3? my point is still there. another 10M signing over primavera players. i know we all have different mind upon these, but these issue have been gone far too long. look at us, and Milan. suffered when theres no long term plan which base on homegrown talents. now don’t start that by saying Inter’s primavera simply doesn’t cut for the challenge!
yes sir . a 4-2-3-1 has 2 midfielders , two wingers ,attacking mid , striker . so it has wingers !!! http://imgur.com/8XMI9lw non of our primavera players have 13 goals down the flanks 🙂 . young players are not the solution . juventus are in the champions league final and their average age is 30 years old . flaque can serve us for the next five years 🙂
Yeah whatever. Tell that to RM because it seems you know better than him. Lol!
Why is he interested in falque (winger)and bought shaqiri (winger)? Going to play them in a winger-less formation? Smart ass . The basic knowledge you have in football is embarrassing. My 10 year old brother knows a 4231 has wingers .
“inter are looking to replace palacio not icardi lol” yes we have bonazolli. lol.
bonazolli is no longer an inter player ….. he’s a sampdoria player , just loaned to us . although we have half his card .lol
Well say man. What we need are wingers who have speed and can past defenders. That what we mis this season also we need a leader in the mid filed.
No, you’re wrong. We actually sold 100% of Bonazzoli to Sampdoria for 6m. We loaned him first, but he’s also sold.
“Inter is no longer the top club for the past 4-5 years now”. Agree. But is not about not giving room to the young players because we are too big or too important of a team. It is about having the right environment for a young kid ( 19 yrs) to develop and grow mentally without the killing pressure this team is under right now. What will happen when the whole GP boo at him or at the team. Trust me it is going to happen the fans are too result focused.
Yes, if Puscas was Falque and had done brilliantly with a mid table team, I would say the same thing “ït is worth a try”. because he would have shown that he is mature enough to play at the top tier and he is used to the ups and down. That is what we did with Icardi, and Kovacic. Very young players, but they had already played and developed in the top leagues.
What happen with Couthinho? Too much pressure on his shoulders, stupid Benitez wanted him to save the team. He went to espanol and performed brilliantly then he went to Liverpool and he is doing really well. Again, I don’t want to sell Puscas, but I think he needs to be loaned to a mid table serie A team where he can get play time and develop in a more calm environment. Good players Hernanes, Kovacic, Shakiri, Podolski and others are being inconsistent and keep under performing and making mistakes at inter. It is not that there is a curse on the team, it is that there is a ton of pressure on them to perform and that gets to your head.
hah! ton pressure. that’s is completely drawn out of proportion. is that mean just inter have these? i don’t buy it. like i said, it is in the mentality and wicked club policies that’s been staying way too long. I had hope with Thohir, there would be change starting from the core, but i guess this is just business and Europe is a must be that ASAP route.
Why loan Puscas to a mid-table Serie A team when Inter IS a mid-table Serie A team…..start him and Bonazzoli and Belfodil and Longo
