The Spaniard is likely to leave Barcelona this summer, and is behind the likes of Dani Alves and Aleix Vidal in the pecking order. Marca reports that Sevilla are interested in Montoya after losing their right-back Vidal to the Blaugrana. The Calatan side want 12 million euros for Montoya, but Emery is willing to insert Denis Suarez into a bid.

I dont understand why are we soo keen on montoya. He has nothing special as far as I observed. He seems overweight as well in the last season.. maybe Inter just in crave for income thus cant refuse watford’s offer for santon and forced to look cheap alternative which is montoya.
Except that Montoya would likely cost the same or more than we get for both Santon and Kuz.

alot of poeple (even braca fans) have criticized him. he is decent but not better than santon, he couldn’t even displace an out of form dani alves. and now he’s the fourth option at right back in barca……. it’s not worth it.
