Nemanja Vidic will go through surgery today following his hernia injury and won’t be able to play for about 4-5 months. Considering that he is 34 years old the risks for the player are bigger than if he would’ve been younger. Nemanja himself is hopeful and hasn’t hidden this to hos teammates or the people who are close to him.
The Serbian defender is connected to Inter until 2017 and makes 3,2 million euro’s a year. The surgery and the long stop for him will make Mancini keep the defender outside of the 25-man player list for this season but at the same time, Vidic will be almost impossible for Inter to sell seeing his injury.
Corriere dello sport reports that the player was wanted by Everton, clubs from Qatar but also American MLS-clubs. There will be time to discuss his future again in a couple of months but until this day, with injury problems and bad performances, the top-player Thohir had hoped to get for free hasn’t been seen at Inter. And who knows if he ever will show his greatness in the Inter-shirt.

He should go to MLS after his surgery
Oh man.. 3,2 million to sit at home. He should terminate his contract, recover quietly and look for an MLS team for the 2016 season. That way he only lose 6 months instead of leaching our money for a year for nothing.
Oh and now we should definitely keep andreolli, I like the lad.
I like andreolli but chances are vidic will ‘honor’ his contract and pad the pension fund… then if he recovers he will sign a lucrative contract w qatari or mls team for 6mil/yr.
Sadly that’s most likely what’s gonna happen. But hopefully he’s a proud man and will realize he is only deadweight for us at this point and until june 2017. So when he recovers in January, he should join a team in MLS just in time for the start of the new season and everybody is happy. Fingers crossed
