Third, City have just made the offer and Wolves aren’t in a hurry as we all know and also they know they can get more for De Bruyne. Even if they accept, player has to agree his terms with City.

This is very interesting. The new and improved Inter’s way to do mercato. It looks to me like: We bought Shaqiri on credit to fully pay for him in 1-2 years. But, we sell him 6 months later, for cash, more than what we actually are supposed to pay for him. Then we use the money we get from him to buy another player (Perisic), and we still don’t pay Bayern until later down the road. Are Hustling or what? If anybody knows/remember the details of the Bayern-Inter Shaqiri deals please share them.
