Inter are accelerating in the negotiations for Ivan Perisic from Wolfsburg according to the latest reports from Sky.
The Nerazzurri have offered 3M Euro for a loan plus 12M Euro at the time of redemption and 3M Euro in bonuses for a combined deal of 18M Euro.
If Inter would increase the initial offer then the German club might accept, meanwhile Wolfsburg coach Dieter Hecking rested the Croatian for a friendly against Magdeburg.

he does his job. he’s a far better team player than palacio and shaq. alot of times people who do there job are not noticed. people only notice flashy dribble and skills.
Exactly. Perišić is not player that think ball is his and dribble until he lost it he is more teamplayer that work without ball and run in defense. Also Perišić is statisticly better then Shaqiri when it come to goals.

Looks promising for Serie A but not for Inter
Friendly games means nothing my friend. Barca lost 3 games in preseason and yet they play good when needed. In friendly games coach experiment with formations and players, for players to pick up form, plus they don’t play with 100%. Thats why they have preseason, not to compete like its important game.

yes friendlies are needed for players to pick up form and with friendlies we can see whether Inter ready for Serie A or not.
Serie A begins next week and with this result, I think Inter is not ready yet. Mancini has said it himself “…I have to be disappointed for the TIM Trophy. It will take 4-5 games to find our best shape..”.
you know the competition of serie A is getting tougher, Inter needs to be ready since giornata 1 to secure the safe spot in champions league in the end of the season.

My random opinions & predictions about the forth coming season. These are no more than gut feelings, half educated guesses & opinions based on the friendlies I saw.
1. Montoya will struggle and returned to sender. Santon will take the right back role and revel. Next season, us being us, we’ll look for another right back.
2. Kondogbia will struggle. This will not be because of a lack of talent, but because of a change in role. Until now he’s only played as a defensive midfielder. Sitting in front of defence, shielding them and laying simple passes. Mancini will change his role to get forward, dribble and shoot, much like he did with Yaya Toure at Manchester City. There’s going to be some teething problems but he’ll come through.
3. Kovacic will revel in his new role. This will be his break-out year.
4. Murillo will turn out to be a beast of a capture. His price will look like peanuts. He’s a rock, a foundation to build around in defence, much like Kovacic & Icardi.
5. Jovetic will shine. Few injury problems and he’ll score, create and look like a shrewd purchase.
6. Palacio will regress badly. By this time next year, his transfer value will be next to zero.
I agree with everything you said except I don’t think Palacio will regress. He’s argentinian and they normally get better as they age (opposite of Brazilians).
I see Miranda getting displaced by Rano forming a great partnership with Murillo (a la Matrix/cordoba).
I hope this will be Kova’s break out year.. I just hope he finally shows some proper balls and takes the game by the scruff of the neck. My bets are more on Brozovic.

Mertens is a great player, but i would prefer Ljajic atm since we already have few players from Balkan region ( Kovacic, Brozovic, Jovetic, Handanovic, Vidic ) and the chemistry would be great as well as understanding between players. Same thing with Perisic…

I know he is, but honestly… doesn’t it seem impossible? We have to pay much more to get him if De bruyne leaves… peresic has been our main target for a month and a half now and it isn’t going anywhere. We should have spent that time selling our player and focusing on other aspects that are missing (like a decent full back)
I doubt the Perisic saga is delaying any possible sales. But we should try our best to get him, better try and fail than not try at all.

I’m agree ability is not only base of his age..you can see our palacio is 32, his performance is not as good as 2 years ago, but ibra 34 yo is still beast, I’ll be happy if we sign ibra not only for vice icardi but also his competitor, his position is too comfort without competition so I think he needs very good player as his competitor..

I still think Diamanti would be very very cheap and like I said gives us an alternative dead ball specialist.
I also wouldn’t mind seeing Perreira given another try… I mean we still own him and we won’t get much for him if he keeps playing for La Plata. He was very good at Porto and still is for his NT.
We bought Schelotto while buying Nagatomo when they burst on the Serie A stage, they were very good then with the Seahorses.

If you say like this then i know you never seen them play! Perisic is good but not €20 mill good! Vitolo or Feghouli is both better then Perisic! For less money or about the same for Feghouli we will get a much better player for that money! My Friend
Maybe for individual skill but Perisic is a better team player and he has great tactical sense. He also contributes more to the defense than Feghouli who never falls back to defend.
