After his first Milan Derby, Geoffrey Kondogbia has been speaking to Inter Channel. It was a game of two halves for the Frenchman who had a difficult first half recovering to play a big part in the second half.
“We were trying to set the pace and we had difficulties but fortunately we were able to turn it round.”

i am soo fucking amazed, by the praise i read here about Kondogbia, i dont blame him for his shitty performance, cause he was able to show his swift touched up in the field, but when mancni ask you clearly t play defensive midfielder.. you all did not notice what really happened, it was not just Medel who was placed in mranda’s spot, it was more Kondogbia who was placed in Medel’s role and Melo was giving liberate to move the midfield instead of kondo, as matter of fact he was often scared of being tackeled and shift his balls ahead and was very ackward to watch..

But i must say, Melo completed the MF 3 last night…he’s able to distribute the ball calmly…his range of passing surely helps the attacking as well as possession play..
Kondog and Guarin will flourish more if Melo plays with such consistency

Kondogbia is fucking amazing, one of our best players and he is still only 22. Only he can pull such silky smooth skills while still being a freaking 188cm tank that can destroy in midfield and defend. He will only improve from here on. If he keeps playing like this, I say he is worth every single penny.
Did you watch him humiliate the Bilan Defenders in the last mintues at their corner even though he was tired, this guy is the definition of ” BEAST “..

when on earth did you see him near milan’s defender maybe once or twice in the second half, your mancini played defensive midfielder have anyone been watching the game… listen y’all if you are watching the game on a laptop, you are not seeing it wuite well,… we played very badly yesterday.. and poor kondo understandably played like shit since Mancini placed Melo in his position
Dude, for the first half and probably some 10 minutes of the second half, he didn’t really have his sort of usual performance. Last half hour or so, well he put up a show which justifies his price tag.
For a team using 4-3-3 for the first time, while having one of its best defender absent, resulting in positioning one of its midfielder as a makeshift defender, fielding some players that only recently recovered from their injuries (add some new arrivals at that),facing one of the league’s tough team, and we still manage to take away all those 3 points.

i watched it in full at 720p on TV, every one knows that many made mistakes but kondogbia among many others tried to impose their characters among other Milan midfielders and it was a big challenge for him last night yet he still played great even though he plays in new formation and next to players not used to play with (referring to melo instead of medel) they couldnt link passes as desired because milan where controlling midfield at some parts of the game with Montolivo and bonaventura.
all am saying Mancini’s tactics yesterday could have cost us dearly, Kondo should have never played definsive midfielder, and other than the few High balls and his ariel reach i have no idea what Melo is exactly for, had zero play passes, zero shots, and two successfull tackels .. Mancini went on to praise him like he was a king, while putting down Murillo, quoting mancini: “murillo was very bad, but he is young and he made MANY mistakes, he can still learn” i was what the fuck is he talking about, Murillo who single handedly saved us on 3 occasion, so i am pissed with Mancini and his big mouth AGAIN
agree i was amazed by Murillo ( saved us in many occasions), didn’t know Mancini said such thing, such a shame, anway way Mancini never was a class in my eyes specially at Man City, he tends to criticise players publicly let alone justified 🙁
Formation was OK but i expected him to play this way because he knew Milan would be charged against us specially winning against us in friendlies.. i wouldn’t call his tactics smart but understandable.

you are right he did save us probably more than three times. He only made 2 or three mistakes. melo just was solid but nothing special. kondo was much better

you must be kidding, he was placed in Medel’s spot while melo was playing in Kondogbia’s role, Kondo could have caused disaster last night if was for the backing of murillo, though he showed skills when he moved up in the field it was Mancini’s strange game plan. inter wold have won at least 3 have we played 4 midfielders, Mancini knew Milan are not gonna sit back and wait for us, like other teams, he was lucky and a mglad we were lucky yesterday, cause last 15 min Milan could have really hurt us
