There was a lot of talk between the months of April and June regarding Samir Handanovic’s future at Inter. The Slovenian rejected a heap of contract renewal offers from the Nerazzurri. Now, it seems as if Handanovic is set to stay with Mancini’s men, as his agent Federico Pastorello describes to FcInternews.it:
“I am glad that he stayed. We will sign a contract renewal in the coming days. Since he has not signed yet, you can never say never. We are working together to receive a positive outcome. I am pretty sure that Samir will stay at Inter. There is a 99.9% chance that he will sign the contract extension.”

He is crucial for the team.. An indispensable member. Aussilio & Fassone must try to keep him at all cost IMO.
It is sad when we almost agree that we were more concern of Handa’s future than our own sake…that’s how low our team become…letting key players leave to have a better future in which they wont have any future with us….

Sign him make him most paid goalie in the world or in serie a i dont care this man deserves it. Over the last few shit years we had this man has kept us in so many games and saved our asses so many times. Deserves captain armband in my opinion, not afraid to get his point across to players

Handanovic can freely negotiate with other clubs as early as this January. Knowing that EPL clubs will try to seduce him with huge offers, Ausilio and Fassone better make him sign ASAP.
Samir wants to win, and now we are winning, so he has no reason to leave.
yes, i believe thats the reason he is delaying the signing, he wants European Football, then this summer signing is really promising so he wants to know whether we can achieve that or not.
it would do wonders for my peace of mind if he would just re-sign already!
