Inter beat Torino away at the Olimpico. It was the 7th 1-0 win for Inter this season and even though the team suffered against Torino, Mancini once again brought three points with him back to Milan after a tough away game. Here are the player ratings written by Siavoush Fallahi:
Handanovic – 8,0:: Saved Inter at a couple of occasions and was crucial in bringing three points home to Milan. Great performance overall
D’Ambrosio 6,0: – Not good, not bad, stable performance at his former home field.
Miranda – 7,0: As always rock solid. Dictates Inter’s 3 man defense and is very hard to pass. A great leader of this Inter
Murillo 6,5: – Does well and makes no mistakes. Easy for the fans to love due to his commitment class and passion
Juan Jesus 6,5: – Back in the central defense where he belongs and it’s hard to critisize him after a clean sheet. Teams up well with M & M
Nagatomo 6,5: – Yuto keeps doing well with this defense behind him. Creates chances, takes shot and takes the freekick that leads to the goal. Also beats Peres.
Melo 5,5: – Might’ve overperformed during the first games because today he mostly ran and tackled. Which is also what he does best
Medel 6,5: – Does what Melo does, but does it better. Wins he ball, helps the defense, dictates the pressure.
Kondogbia 7,0: – Looked fresh, hungry and in-form. Scored the crucial goal and added class to the otherwise tough midfield.
Palacio 6,5: – Ran and ran and ran, assisted the goal with a clever flick on and looked a bit like the Palacio we’re used to.
Icardi 5,5: – Won the freekick that led to the goal, served Palacio with a pass and fought a tough war with Glik. Can and will do more when he’s served more.
Perisic 6,0: – Good when he came on, showed his speed but was constringed to work more in defense than in the offense.
Ljajic 6,0: – Created a great opportunity for himself but wasted it. Should’ve came on earlier
Ranocchia – Didn’t play enough to get a grade.
Roberto Mancini 6,0: – Inter wins again but risked a lot in this game. Substitutions came very(to) late, but still, a win is a win.
Irrati – 5,0: Gave 6 minutes added time and should’ve sent Glik off. Did well not to award any penalty for the Torino simulations

Anybody knows what happened to podcast program..
Mancini should be ashamed of himself with his antifootball approach. Playing with pretty much 7 defenders, the 5 at the back plus Medel and Melo. We were playing against youngsters like Benassi, Baselli and Belotti, not freakin Douglas Costa, Thiago and Vidal. A lineup with just 2 attacking players out of 11 is just not acceptable from a team like Inter. We are not Frosinone.
Inter loses games, it’s mancini’s fault. Inter wins games, it’s again mancini’s fault. Come on!! I get it that it wasn’t the prettiest game, but we are winning games and that’s what matters. Besides imagine what this team can do after a year or two when they have developed solid chemistry.
aggre with you mate.. this is a new team, but some people here just look the negative side of the team, there is a lot of improvement from inter this season. last year we will find it hard to win with 1-0.. LOL.. because our deffence were hardly keep the cleansheet.. but we must improve our attacking chemistry.. and i still have faith with this new team that mancini try to build.. this team are build for the result, and always win with “just enough” result will give our opponent more painfull feeling.. just like roma and Bbilan.. XD
*agree
You should be ashamed bashing mancini for no reason!! The guy has us on top of the league with the best defense out there. If you want to watch flee flowing football then switch to Bein sports 2 where barca usually are shown. I would take results over performance now anytime.
Maybe you are following the wrong team?
I love watching defensive football. Especially Mourinho’s bus, I still don’t understand why people bashing on Mourinho’s tactic but not on Barcelona? Barcelona is the most boring team on this earth.
Beauty Of Serie-A
Mancini definately need to work on counter attack side, we cant rely on luck and god handa in the long run. Look at byern or roma on counter attack, 3-5 players running like mad forward. our counter attack always end up with palacio looking for icardi as he is the only option up front.
Palacio 6.5?
Which game did you see?
Slow, weak, powerless..
I can’t keep watching Inter playing like this no more. It’s true that table position grants confidence, but playing like this against smaller teams doesn’t give confidence. This is the second game in a row that Handa was MOTM. We can’t simply win a title like this.
I only can tolerate Palacio’s slowness, if we are a goal up and need attackers to defend. But when we have a willing striker to defend like Perisic on the bench, why should Palacio play??
I am a fan of D’Ambrosio, but two years of suffering with Mazzari has shown us, he’s no good as a winger. He was completely ineffective offensively… Why not play Santon or Dodo>?! (Dodo is only useful as a left winger not a LB)
I just hope that Mancini finds his right way of play, and win couple of games with solid football. Forza Inter..
Brozovic and Medal are clearly our 2 best midfielders right now – they should be playing as much as possible.
