After having definitely scrapped the idea of building a new stadium of their own in Portello, Milan are trying to work out the details surrounding how to co-exist with Inter at the San Siro. According to La Repubblica, Silvio Berlusconi explained his amazemant at the prices put forward in order to refurbish San Siro, which according to an English architectural firm would come close up to €300 million. This is decisively too pricey for Milan, who could build a new stadium for the same amount.

just like last season AC is looking pretty bad, on the other hand we are on top but seriously I don’t like the idea of building a new stadium that’s AC idea… there is too much history around this place that can’t be left behind-
Totally agree,im fond of Meazza as it has too much history adn if it is possible we should stay and renovate..The way i see it we will have to pay large sum either way but with that being said new stadium could be prety but will never have history as Meazza does..

I agree with you that Meazza is phenomenal stadium with a lots of a story and best case scenario would be AC to move out and we own it, then we can renovate. But because I don’t like the idea to share the stadium with AC then why not building a new one! New is new man always. But because Meazza is beauty then the new one should be spectacular. And Im not talking about english version of Arsenal or City or Juve in Italy, Im talking about stone, a faking castle with the flags out up on the towers 🙂

Bilanistas first heard that we are building a stadium, they came and used their connections and stole the ground. Then they figured that they couldn’t afford it, so they came in to ruin our Meazza’s plans.
We can NOT co-exist with Bilanistas in one stadium, at least not until shit-heads like Galliani and Berlusconi are in charge. Tohir needs to build us a stadium, and he’d better keep it quiet as much as he could like a military program, so Bilanistas don’t get in and ruin our plans…
So if their plans to build a new stadium failed, can’t we take advantage and get the rights to build in Portello ourselves. We move out, they can’t afford to renovate the Meazza, check and mate.
