Davide Santon has been a Watford target for a some months. Now Gazzetta Dello Sport reports that the Premier League club is no longer interested in the Inter defender. With Walter Mazzarri as their new coach, Watford could try to sign Napoli’s Cristian Maggio.

i read somewhere, that santon has problem with his attitude in training.. he was lazy.. i hope he will change, if he stay.. but i want him to go.. TBH..
We have a huge fullback problem for years now. Last time we had both good fullbacks was in 2010 with Maicon and Zanetti. Now, if we had the cash or more precisely if FFP wasn’t holding us back we would be able to land Bruno Peres or Vrsaljko but since we can’t afford to spend big on a defender we are forced to recycle average fullbacks for years now. Pereira, Jonathan, D’Ambrosio, Telles all are average players who should play for Lazio or Fiorentina at best but we used them for years. I hope Erkin will bring some change to that but judging by some YouTube highlights I can’t say that I’m impressed, Time will tell.
inter always has problem with fullback. and then mancini get maicon and maxwell , then he move zanetti to LB and midfield. the problem solve until 2010. and then here we are with nagatomo, santon, telles, d’ambrosio, and dodo.. LOL
