According to La Gazzetta Dello Sport, Inter value the player at 10 million euros, and the defender currently earns a salary of 2.3 million euros. Inter are relating any deal for Ranocchia to Domenico Berardi. If Sassuolo open the door to Berardi leaving then they could get Ranocchia. At the moment, both clubs are waiting for Berardi to make a decision on his future. This will be the deciding factor.

What? Are you okay? First of all, CDMs don’t have creativity at all because that is not their job. Their job is to hold position and change tempo of the match. CAM and CM need creativity and great vision their job is to bring the ball forward and create space and chances for the forward. Thirdly, Kondogbia is a very creative midfielder which is a bonus because he plays CDM and CDMs typically don’t have good chance creation skills because they aren’t expected to. Kondogbia has one of the best pass success rate of all midfielders and on top he was underperforming, you will witness the real Kondogbia this upcoming season. That being said, Kondogbia and Medel are good CDMs without an argument.
LMAO, did you watch Kondo this season? His long passes are awful, he’s a box-to-box midfielder, his job isn’t to deliver the last pass. CDMs like Biglia,Busquets,Krychowiak etc have creativity, their job is to make the connection between defence and attack with their passes and vision and they can also defend like Medel.

Medel is very very far from being a “great” CDM. his work rate is excellent but it cant make up for the lack of tackles/interceptions. he is simply not effective and a CL-wannabe team needs a better option there
Medel is a great CDM whether you like it or not… He’s been a monster in the midfield, like a machine! Runs constantly and creating problems for the opposition. His defense skills are over the top what are you on m8? He plays CB with Chile and his interceptions and tackles are perfect!
yes, that is why he isnt even Top30 amongst Serie A midfielders (with more than 20 appearances past season) regarding tackles or interceptions. those are only the key essentials of a DM, whether you like it or not

He has one of the highest pass rate success in Serie A and if you read more you can see it clearly states that Medel LIKES TO PLAY AGGRESSIVE AND LONG BALLS which is pretty good for a CDM.
