Honorary president Massimo Moratti had a few things to say regarding captain and goalscorer Mauro Icardi as well as about manager Roberto Mancini on Gazzetta Della Sport.
On Mancini: ‘‘”He definitely has control in the management of the group and the situation in general. I definitely see him at Inter until 2017 and that is before his renewal, which I also see happening.”
On Icardi: ”“I hope that he keeps his great form because he is a great striker. If I were him, I would remain, but with the pleasure of continuing to wear the Nerazzurri colors.”

2 players that have played really well for the last 3 years disastous seasons are Handanovic and Icardi and these 2 should be the ones to build our team upon for the next years to come…. God damn, no scores 0,5 goal of match in his age in a the hardest league in the world to score in!!!
One positive side to the Icatdi situation is that now it’s less likely to sell Jojo or Eder, cause we’ll be left without attackers.

Why is that positive?
Both Eder and Jovetic are not top team material.
The lads wants to stay and inter want to keep him. The club should put their ego aside and give him the money he deserves. It’s not like they’re in financial strains anymore. If the FFP is a problem now, then they can offer him a raise with clauses like messi and neymar’s new contract. Now raise for now but double the money in the last two years.
