In the last few months there has been talk of Bastian Schweinsteiger as a possible reinforcement requested by Mancini. The German does not fit into the plans of Mourinho at United, and has even put him out of the team, while at the Nerazzurri he could still make a strong contribution in midfield given his experience and quality.
His agent, Robert Schneider spoke to SportPaper.it microphones :”Bastian is fine in Manchester, he wants to play with the red devils is ready to be a leader. Last season was unfortunate for a number of reasons, but he does not want to leave England, he only signed a three year contract a year ago and wants to respect that.”
“He will honour his contract, even if there are any major teams chasing, he wants to prove his value here in England, for now things will not change, ” he concluded.

Let’s say 30+ year old “top class” center midfielders tend to do really
well in Serie A, look at Pirlo, and I think Schweinsteiger could be a
great addition to our midfield, as he’s a proven top class winner, and
he could take our younger midfielders to the next level.This Inter squad
needs a top class leadership,and Schweinsteiger is all about
that.Beside, Serie A suits these types of players, and it’s not as pacy
as the Epl..
Mancini requesting Yaya Toure, to me is justified.He’s
too old,past it,couldn’t even make a run..yep..but our midfield needs a
figure of that sort, just like rubentus needed Pirlo a few seasons
ago!Toure would have taken our only “non-eu” spot left, and that was
problematic.. but Schweinsteiger doesn’t have that problem.

He has the leadership ability and passing that Inters midfield is severly lacking. If not for his age, then he would actually be an ideal signing for Inter, he posseses all the qualities Inter lack in midfield.

Maybe but Bastian didn’t do well last season so its a gamble move but on loan we can take him to see how he will play though I dought he would do us any good he never played in Italy and he lacks a lot on defensive skills Biglia just know how to do the job plus young talanted players are out of reach
