Latest reports from Portuguese daily A Bola suggest that certain details are still to be finalised before João Mário can complete his switch from Sporting CP to Inter. Furthermore, the 23-year-old midfielder is set to play in this weekend’s match versus Paços de Ferreira. He has been training regularly with the rest of Jorge Jesus’ squad and is fully available for selection.
His move to the Nerazzurri is still likely to go ahead eventually, however the two clubs have yet to reach agreement on the formula of the transfer. We await a breakthrough in negotiations.

Same news every day..
Damn, it’s perisic saga all over again !
but this time the fee paid is absolutely not worth it
As long as Ausilio is forced to use the “Inter method” on any big transfer, it’ll be the same old song and dance. It’s particularly tough with Sporting because they’re currently also in some debt. Understandably, they want the money asap, but given the similar circumstances both clubs are in you’d think they’d be more understanding of Inter’s situation. I’m just hoping that this deal also gets done, I’d rather over pay for a player the club and coach want than a last minute panic buy.
