Manolo Gabbiadini is rumoured to have been an Inter transfer target for many months however, in a new twist, he now appears set to sign for Fiorentina. Sky report that a deal between the Tuscan club and Napoli is edging towards completion.
The agreement would also see striker Nikola Kalinić join Maurizio Sarri’s squad as a replacement for Gonzalo Higuaín. The deal is a complicated one, as respective valuations of each player inevitably differ.
Fiorentina coach Paulo Sousa is already reported to have given his consent to the swap deal. Also, the two clubs are convinced by the technical aspect of the deal, now all that remains is to decide the precise financial details of the transfer.
