Every move De Boer did yesterday was spot on (Candreva on in stead of a Perisic having an off-day, at a time when speed, agression and tecnic were needed at the 60.min and not at the 85min like Mancini, plus bringing on a very young full back at the same time, in stead of playing someone out of pos. to cover left back like Mancini did, showed pure guts!!)
With the addition of J.Mario to the middle of the pitch instead of Medel will not only help Banega out but the entire team in keeping possession! The only thing I think we need is a left footed left back like Crisico and we´re good! (Even though our squad deapth isn´t enough with players on the bench like Melo, Gnou and Medel).
medel and gnourcouri will be vital, medal when playing against bigger teams to break play and gnou as rotation player, melo well he should leave but if he stays then should use him to close out games when we in the lead st around 80th mins

I think he´s gonna be a playmaker number two in our squad like Marchisso used to be at Juve with Pirlo the number one and in our case Banega our prime playmaker. In that case Kondogbia can act like our answer to Vidal/Pogba…
I love that combination, the most technical and creative MF in our squad now Banega – JM – Kondogbia. but I thought those plan will fit only for Juve because they play with 3-5-2 with 3 solid CB, and 2 high pressure wing back to help the defensive line. when we play with those combination midfield our defensive line must be much better than Juve’s have now. we still need medel in the DMF, honestly I don’t like medel’s style of play.
