Through way of an official statement on the club website, Inter have confirmed up and coming ‘keeper Ionut Andrei Radu has signed a contract extension through to 2020. The Romanian, born in 1997 is believed to have been in the minds of Manchester City but this will likely put an end to their hopes. The statement read as follows:
FC Internazionale announces that it has filed the renewal of Ionut Andrei Radu’ contract: The goalkeeper, born in 1997, who debuted last May in the Serie A match at Sassuolo’s Mapei Stadium, will wear the Nerazzurri shirt until 30 June 2020
